On May 31, Clint Eastwood turned 82. Still, that doesn’t mean any birthday presents are or were necessary to make this a special day for the world renowned actor and director.

In fact, this celebrity’s wife and star of her own reality show on E! Entertainment Television called “Mrs. Eastwood and Company” says her famous husband doesn’t like to receive gifts of any sort.

Because of that, neither Dina Eastwood nor Clint’s daughter, 19-year-old Francesca, present any presents to their loved one in order to celebrate another year being notched into his well worn belt. Further, Mr. Eastwood doesn’t like to celebrate milestones in general.

Dina Eastwood said, “Clint does not do holidays or gifts. So if you don’t him a gift he gives you a big kiss and says thank you for not giving me a gift.”

However, although Clint Eastwood is not a person who wants to get any gifts, the Oscar winner gives gifts all the time. He is especially generous to his wife, Dina, as he is glad to appear on her reality show if she is in need of his presence.

So, as the man who once famously uttered, “Go ahead, make my day” in the 1983 film “Sudden Impact,” fans made his special day on Thursday by not giving Clint any birthday presents or any type. We didn’t even post this until now! Happy Birthday Clint!

That said, don’t even think about anything that would count as a belated gift to commemorate May 31, 1930–the day the amazing Mr. Eastwood was born. Indeed, that won’t work either for this tough guy who has definitely made up his mind on this very particular topic.
