Now that Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise have settled their divorce in record time, we can get back to the nitty-gritty details that are emerging from Hollywood’s slowest divorce.
Kim Kardashian has often been accused of being a fame hungry, no talent whore before, but RadarOnline is reporting that the 31-year-old took measures to ensure she was in the spotlight during the short time she was with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Kris Humphries.
According to the website, the petite reality star ordered the hulking 6-foot-9-inch basketball player to get out of the way of her photo ops at red carpet events so that photographers would be able to get as many photos of her in her “stylish outfits” as possible. - BIG surprise…
“Kris plans on testifying at the upcoming divorce trial that Kim would often tell him to get out of the shot when photographers would descend upon them,” a source told Radar, adding that Kim would complain that because of Kris’ height he was blocking the photographer’s shot of her. “Kim would get very upset if he didn’t move quickly enough.”
As ridiculous as this piece of testimony might be, it’s meant to help Humphries build his case against Kardashian; Humphries claims the marriage was a fraud and that Kim married him only for publicity and profit.
It has been reported that Humphries’ legal team wants the Brooklyn Nets forward to appear heartbroken over the dissolution of his marriage, but new rumors that his ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj is pregnant with his child aren’t helping him in that arena at all.
It appears as though Kris is grasping at straws with claims that Kim ordered him out of photos, and RadarOnline also reports that because of baby-daddy drama he’s now being advised to settle out of court.
“Kris is now being advised to settle with Kim and move on. Proving that the marriage was fraudulent, and he got duped into it will be a very, very hard argument to win at trial. Kris is still hell bent on going to trial. He wants to publicly humiliate Kim as much as possible,” a source told the website earlier this week. - Here’s something for ya… if the Marriage is deemed fraudulent, there should be NO Settlement or decree of anything for either of them for that matter. Yes?
With Sinanaj scheduled to be deposed sometime in the next two weeks, the Kardashian-Humphries divorce is expected to get even uglier.
